Dr. Matt’s Journey
When Dr. Matt was a kid, his pediatric dentist made visits something to look forward to. It wasn’t just about clean teeth; it was about feeling safe, seen, and celebrated, and that experience stuck with him.
Inspired, Dr. Matt earned his dental degree from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine and spent five years serving families at Sunrise Community Health Center as Dental Director.
Then, to enhance his commitment to providing inclusive and furthering his expertise in effectively treating children with diverse needs, he completed a pediatric dentistry residency at NYU Lutheran in Yakima, Washington, and a Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) fellowship at the University of Washington.
For Dr. Matt, exceptional pediatric dental care leaves patients feeling confident, comfortable, and proud of their smile—because that inspired him in the first place.
